Attorney Roberta W. Andrews attended college in her home state of Connecticut at the University of Connecticut. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in History and further obtained her teaching certificate in K-12 Education. After moving to Michigan with her spouse and two children in 1990, she attended Wayne State University Law School in Detroit where she graduated magna cum laude in 1995. During law school, Ms. Andrews worked and volunteered with the Free Legal Aid Clinic providing divorce, child custody, and domestic violence protection services to those in need. Her first job as an attorney was with a personal injury firm where she immediately began trial work. Ms. Andrews was introduced into practice in 1997 while working with UAW Legal Services providing a range of legal services to Union members including real estate transactions, wills & trusts, contract claims, divorce, and .
